Now, it goes without saying that writing a book is hardly “doing nothing” – the initial investment in your project will take time, as much as you might enjoy it – but once you get there, you can sit back and make money off the royalties.

You could even consider creating an eBook and selling it on Amazon – it’s really not hard to do these days if you’re a talented writer!
