5. Saint Joseph’s University

Saint Joseph’s University is a private Jesuit university located in Philadelphia and Lower Merion, Pennsylvania. It was founded back in 1851, by the Society of Jesus, as Saint Joseph’s College and is the seventh oldest Jesuit university in the United States, as well as one of 28 member institutions of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities.

The university offers a large number of online graduate certificate and degree programs in a wide range or study areas, such as liberal studies, business, leadership and health services, along with several concentration options in criminal justice and education – with many providing a flexible curriculum, based on students’ work and personal needs.
