The University of Denver is a private research university located in Denver, Colorado. It was founded back in 1864 and is the oldest independent private university in the Rocky Mountain Region of the United States.

The institution’s University College – which is the University of Denver’s college of professional and continuing studies – offers several online graduate degree programs and five undergraduate majors through its Bachelor of Arts Completion Program. These courses can be completed online, on-campus or by combining the two in hybrid form.

Students can actively participate in online classes through constantly updated class discussion boards, delivered through the Canvas online learning platform.
